Type 1 diabetes.: When immune cell of body destroys cell present in pancreas called beta cell. That beta cell makes the insulin that are needed for the body as immune system destroy that beta cell it would result in decreased level of insulin. And as insulin level get decreased it is main and major symptoms of the type 1 diabetes. As insulin maintain the body sugar level it get decreased and sugar level of body get disturbed.

Hence there is starvation of blood glucose level which leads to; 1.dehydration- when type 1 diabetes occur then extra glucose remain in body because cell can not able to use it without insulin hence by urine its its secreted outside the body due to that dehydration occur.

2. Weight loss also occur due to haulted metabolism or slowdown the metabolism rate.

3. Diabetic ketoacidosis if body can not enough glucose,it break down fat cell enough that lead yo formation of ketone particles and kitoacidosis occur.

4. Body also damaged.

Actually the causitive agent not very known but according to invistigation this caused due to mutation or gene missfunctioning.

Other symptoms include heavy thirst,increased hunger,dry mouth,nausea and vomiting, frequent urination,unexpected weight loss etc.

By adjusting insulin level by drug patient remain healthy for long time.
