Ans)• Communication is the heart of every organisation. Everything in the workplace results from communication. Therefore good reading, writing, speaking and listening skills are essential if tasks are going to be completed and goals achieved. As you develop your career you will find various reasons why successful communication skills are important to you, for example:

To secure an interview.
You will need good communication skills to make sure your application letter is read and acted upon.

To get the job.
You will need to communicate well during your interview if you are to sell yourself and get the job you want.

• Having academic integrity is important for several reasons. First, having academic integrity means that others can trust you. The people with whom you deal know that they can rely on you to act honestly and to do what you say you will do. Additionally, trust is one of the key characteristics of a successful leader.

• Communication skills help them to listen, understand the point of view of teachers in the class. After listening and understanding what teachers are speaking about students can ask better questions with confidence and it will help them to gain more knowledge.That's 5how communication can help them to study well.

• Workforce diversity can bring about an increase in productivity and competitive advantages.

Workplace diversity also increases employee morale and causes employees to desire to work more effectively and efficiently.A skill set (also spelled as skillset) is a particular category of knowledge, abilities, and experience necessary to perform a job. Specific skill set areas include human relations, research and planning, accounting, leadership, management, and computer skills.

- The real reason having a diverse workplace is effective is because it allows employees to be more productive.

- The flow of ideas that comes in from different minds from unique backgrounds is almost limitless. Inside of the office, people need to let go of any biases they may have and just worry about working together.
