Empowerment is an essential component for success in our life not in professional life but also in personal life . It's a natural process and a compulsory step to progress in our life . It makes us so capable that we can make our decisions independently .

If a customer has any query or complaint , the employee she is dealing with has the power to solve her problem. Customers are impressed that the first person they speak to in the business can help them. There is no waiting for manager
- Motivation Increase.
Employees morale and motivation increase because they are given more responsible jobs to do ( Theory Y). Giving them control over their work makes them feel better about themselves. It satisfies their esteem needs (Maslow). It makes them happier in their jobs and, therefore, they work harder.
