Professional boundaries refers to the limitations which has to be maintained and followed in an organization in regards to each designation. It will not be a great thing during the course of study but it forms an essential part of everyday profession when working with other colleagues where there are lot of difference of opinion between individual. The problems arising out of it is difficult to handle and may be more stressful.
For example:When two friends join an organization one at a higher designation and other one at a lower designation,though they are very good childhood friends ,the professional boundaries of respecting a higher official is mandatory for the friend with lower designation. This may at times can lead to stress and emotional disturbance to encounter this and if not handled effectively can break the relationship. Hence it makes one to be more cognizant of professional boundary issues.
