1. Blood pressure monitoring:

Monitoring blood pressure while in both, in sitting and while in standing and will compare the measurements. If patient have drop of 20 millimeters of mercury (mm hg) in your systolic blood pressure or a drop of 10 ( mm hg) in diastolic blood pressure within two to five minutes of standing up, or if standing causes signs and symptoms.

2. Blood tests :

These can provide information about overall health, including low blood sugar( hypoglycemia) or low red blood cell level(anemia), both of which can cause low blood pressure.

3. Electrocardiogram (ECG or EKG):

This non invasive test detects irregularities in patients heart rhythm or heart structure, and problems with supply of blood and oxygen to heart muscles.

4. Echocardiogram:

In this non invasive exam, sound waves are used to produce a vedio image of heart. Sound waves are directed at heart from a wandlike device that held on the chest.
