REVIEW your abilities to speak to your fellow workers about theft and what is considered theft. Is theft only stealing money? Can it be taking other things? What if you are in charge of the cash and property, how will you handle yourself?

Theft doesn't means only stealing money ,it can be documents, files,papers ,personal health records or information of patients,cyber hacking of medical documents,presentation os research which belongs to others partly or completely,  others ideas and presenting has one's own.

A person who is in charge of cash and property should do the following to avoid theft

• Keep cash in lock and key method
• Do not hand over key to close friends or colleague against professional ethics
• Do not share secret pin numbers or disclose it in a public
• Maintain a log book for expenses incurred
• Make sure to issue voucher for the expenses
• Tally the expenses daily to avoid confusion and smooth handling
• Take regular daily inventory of the properties to address any loss or theft at the earliest and prevent it
