The things I love about my job are as follows:
• Collaboration: I work collaboratively with my colleagues as a team which I love the most. This collaborative effort has made me more productive.
• Work-life balance: This jib has helped me to balance both my work and personal life. I get sufficient scope to enjoy my own life as well as my professional life.
• Autonomy: I enjoy freedom in my workplace. The management has allowed me to flourish my capability autonomously, which has helped me to conduct my office projects.
• Variety: There is no dullness in my job. I need to do a variety of tasks in my office.
• Culture: Organizational culture in my workplace is I culturally diversified. Thus, we have ample opportunity to communicate our employees irrespective of their socio-cultural background.
