-When a person crossing their 40 years of age it is must to do mammogram screening to avoid breast cancer.
- When a person having a family history of colorectal cancer it is best to have a colonoscopy, fecal occult blood testing at 50 years to avoid the disease.
-When the person having a family history of cardiac disease and diabetes, it is better to change their behavior like stop smoking, alcohol, physical inactivity, making changes with food habits like controlling carbohydrate, fatty food intake, avoiding outside food, regular exercise, routine screening to prevent the disease.
- The person can protect themselves in the workplace by wearing gloves, mask, apron, protecting the glass to avoid occupational hazards.
