Frostbite_A serious medical condition of the fingers and toes that is caused by very low temperatures.

First aid procedures for frostbite=

1.protect from further damage.

2.Get the patient in to a warm room as soon as possible.

3.check patient for hypothermia.

4.immerse the forstbitten atea in to a warm water not hot water.

B. HYPOTHERMIA :hpothermia is a condition in which body loses heat faster than it can produces heat, causing a dangerously low body temperature.

First aid fir hypothermia :

1.restore warmth slowly.

2.remove wet clothing and dry the person off, if needed.

3.warm the persons trunk first, not hands and feet.

4.move the persons our of the cold.

5. Remove wet clothing.

6.cover the persons with blanket.

7. Monitor breathing.

8.provide warm beverages.

C. HEAT CRAMPS:hear cramps is a type of heat illness,are muscle spasm that result from loss of large amount of salt and water through exercise.this can be caused by inadequate consumption of fluids amd electrolytes.

First aid procedures for heat cramps :heat cramps usually go away on their own.but we can try for many types of home remedies:

1.Rest in a cool place and drink a sports drink which has electrolyte or salt.

2.drink cool water.

3.stop the activity being performed.

4.gently starch the muscles that are cramping.

D. HEAT EXHAUSTION :In this condition heavy sweating and rapid pulse present. Its a result of your body heating.

First aid for heat exhaustion :

1.move the person out of the heat and in to shaddy and air conditioned place.

2.lay the person down and elevate the legs and feet slightly.

3.remove tight or heavy clothing.

4.have the person drink cold water.

E. HEAT STROKE:also known as sun stroke, is a type of severe heat illness that results in a body temp.greater than 40degree centigrade and confusion. In this condition red dry damp skin present. Headache also present. Onset can be sudden and gradual.

First aid for heat stroke:

1.cool the persons entire body bu sponging and spraying cold water. And fan the person to help lower the persons body temperature.

2.watch for signs of rapidly progressing heatstroke such seizures unconsciousness for longer than a few seconds and moderate to severe difficulty breathing.

F. MINOR BURNS:A type of injury to skin or other tissues caused by heat cold, electricity, chemical friction or radiation.

First aid for minor burns:

1 Immediately get the person away from heat source to stop the burning.

2.cool the burn with cool and leuke warm cold runnung water for 20minutes.

3.dont use ice, ice water or any creams.

F. MAJOR BURNS:A major burn defined as a burn covering 25% or more of total body surface area.

First aid for major burn:

1.If the victim is breathing, cover the burn area with a moist cool sterile bandage or clean cloth.

2.Do not apply oinments and br careful not to break burn blisters.

3.seperate the victims fingers and toes with dry sterile and non adhesive bandages..

4.protect the burn area from pressure and friction by elevating it.
