1)1.Carbohydrates::::brain gets energy from carbohydrates and it assist to mai tain blood glucose level.

2.fat:::it enhances the absorption of fat soluble vitamins such as A,D,E,K

3.Protein:::it helps to built and repair body tissues

4.vitamins::vitamins help to increase eye sight,prevent birth defects,provide bone structure,and structure of blood vesssls

5.minerals::it assist the cells do its functions normaly,maintains fluid volume,hepl to developstrong bones and teeth.

6.water:::water carry nutrients to cells and it keep homeostasis in the body.
