Regular exercise helps in releasing the naturally occurring hormone serotonin and the norepinephrine that helps in getting rid of the worries, stress, and anxiety, also physical activity helps in releasing endorphin that makes us feel happy and acts as an analgesic as well.

2.  It helps in maintaining a normal weight

There are various modes by which our body spends energy such as breathing, digestion process of the food and the physical activities, there are extra calories that get deposited in the body if an individual doesn't spend them on any workout and that leads to increasing weight, to maintain the weight according to the age it is very important to spend energy on physical activities as it enhances metabolic rate and helps in losing weight and maintaining a healthy weight as per the age of an individual.

3. It helps in maintaining sound sleep and also helps in pain management.

Exercise or physical activity helps in reducing pain and it has also been seen that it increases the tolerance to the pain and enhances circulation at the pain site.

it has also been seen that it promotes a sound sleep because of the energy expenditure on the physical activity which makes body temperature rise and it drops down during sleep.

1. it helps in maintaining brain function and the structure.

1. it helps in enhancing the structure of the brain that promotes cell growth also it helps in releasing the hormones that are necessary for proper brain functioning.

it also improves blood flow and the oxygen supply to the vital organs of the body such as the brain and the heart, that further helps in keeping the memory intact.

2. It helps in keeping you away from developing chronic diseases

it enhances the insulin sensitivity that keeps you away from diabetes, also it helps in maintaining blood pressure and the cardiovascular system.

if an individual doesn't perform any exercise and has no control over diet than it can lead to diseases like diabetes mellitus, fat deposition, the heart diseases that can ultimately lead to death.

3. It helps in maintaining skin structure and slows the aging process

our body started showing oxidative damage when the antioxidant(a protective mechanism) that occurs naturally in the body doesn't work due to lack of physical activity and the deposition of fats and lipids,

performing physical activity promotes the release of antioxidants which protects the skin from oxidative damage and helps in promoting circulation to the skin cells which delay skin aging.
