1)a. Short term benefits of becoming physically active:-

i) Increase Energy level:- Regular physical exercise helps in increasing energy level by improving our metabolic system.

ii) Help in weight reduction:- Regular physical exercise helps in reduction of extra accumulation of fat in our body.

iii) Relaxation and sleep quality:- Regular exercise helps in relaxation of muscles and nerves and also improve quality of sleep.

b.Long term benefits of becoming physically fits :-

i) Reduce risk of chronic diseases:- Regular exercise reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension,Obesity ,Coronary Heart Disease etc.

ii) Built up resistance :- Daily physical exercise boost up our immune system and thus helps in fighting from infections and cope up with the environment.

iii) Strengthen bones and muscles:- Regular exercise also strengthen our bones and muscles and prevent from joints disorder such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis,myalgia etc

2) Humphrey's use of Carnitine and protein powder will not give an advantage in term of muscle performance as compared to Stefan's more adequate diet and exercise because these supplement will only provide energy but for proper muscle performance regular exercise is needed as regular exercise improve metabolic active and keep muscle flexible and strong .
