SSB or sugar sweetened beverages are those food products which contain extra added sugar in it to make it more appetizer. Exams of some of these are :-

- flavoured drinks

- soft drinks

- sports drinks

- sweetened ccoffee or tea

Anything in extra is injurious to health . Everything should be taken in limit, when the limit crosses the signs and symptoms starts to appear . No, any beverages containing extra sugar is not healthy . Yes ,these products should be taken in limited size like once in a month . And also the availability should be decreased to help people to be healthy. SSB's should be removed from schools because these are not healthier for the children and if they get the taste of these products they would want to get it more often . Selling these beverages at restaurants can't be prohibited until the government decides , we can't entirely prohibit its selling but limitations should made on its availability and size .
