It is very important that while interpreting about anything one should be very careful, as the interpretation of anything is effected by his or her beliefs and different persons can interpret a single case in different ways. As in the case if we see the relationship between orgasinal social responsibility and economic performance, its interpretation is different for both the parties. If we see from the point of view of an entrepreneur or a manager the economic performance of a company is more important but if we see from the point of view of general people then the firms organizational social responsibility is also very important as, if the firm is using the different resources which they get from nature and society the must have some responsibility against the society.
