Answer: There are many ethical issues which occurs in the healthcare organization such as patient's confidentiality, negligence and malpractice etc. The patient's confidentiality is at higher risk as most of the cases have been recorded where the data of patient is being misused. The negligence of the healthcare professionals which sometimes results fatal for the patients. The negligence also causes some kind of infection etc. The malpractice is another risk or the ethical issues as people for their own profit misuse their power and authority.
The medical ethics principles can be applied to these ethical issues and hence it can reduce the ethical issues. The medical ethics provides the basic concepts to prevent the patient's personal information and helps it to retain from being misused. Whereas in the case of malpractice, the medical ethics principles can create the consciousness among the healthcare professionals and make them stick to their duties and responsibilities.
