1 One of the biggest challenges in health care is the dispaarity tthat exist between rich and poor.Hospital policies,insurers,the government as well as reigning societal attitudes towards illness and poverty increasingly influence relationships between practicioners and patients.It must be noted that as health care providers and other activists advocate for the societal changes that equity in health care requires,they must also assure that the vulnerable patients actually cared for reecieving high quality,ethical and compassionate care.it happens that majority of undeserved patients are frequent members of ethnic and cultural groups whose decision making customs and values may differ from those of people fro.Inorder to participatem more priveleged backgrounds who often dominate the health-care professions.They have low health literacy and numeracy .Inorder to participate actively in their medical decisions theymay need additional assistance to gain sufficient tunderstanding of their medical situation
