Include families in health care services, early screening, and continuous care, using community-based service, adequate insurance, and funds to cover the services. resources provided for these children under community care service, medical homes and affordability under insurance, health equity, informed and innovative care. Medicaid and the state children's health insurance program provide health service coverage 23% of the children in the U.S. Being uninsured will be the challenges. public programs, the safety net can overcome the barrier. limited insurance coverage and cost to society is high care make a lot of mental illness.
Standards of health care include societal, ethical, political and legal particularly for children under 18 years. ethical and legal considerations for providing care for this population cover every possible situation. the clinical team and other agencies with common goals will ensure the safety net and wellbeing of the children. they have equal rights like adults should have service provision should respect their autonomy and rights. society should take charge of protecting the children. a good medical practice with a confidentiality nurse should protect the children. ethical and legal standards of professionals' care with public support can ensure the safety of the children. poorly defined policies and standards can harm the children. policymakers support children's rights as universal recognition should be practical and it will protect the child and improve health care delivery.
