* first step is instal the new accounting system in computer.

* select and finalize the data what has to transfer to the new accounting system.

* transfer the manual accounts to electric systems.

* then maintain electric or computer system to recording and reporting.

* she can use the password to smooth running of work.

* she can use the day to day activities of a medical practice in this system called as practice management system.

* electronic protected health Information :

That means what ever the information is there that can protected by using password or security system.

* we can collect the all health information of clients can stored in electronically, and it can be shared to other health care personals.

* through electronic system HIPAA act the patients can get protection from health insurance policies and if she can maintain electronically these information it is best to smooth transition from manual to computerized system.
