In adddition to environmental agents, heredity may also a be factor. What specific types of tumors have been shown to have hereditary links? What might someone at risk do to limit his or her risk from hereditary sources?

Environmental factors for cancer risk:
Smoking:
smoking can harm the cleaning system that our bodies used to remove toxins, when smokers build up with toxins it leads to cancer and also it damages DNA when there is more damage in the same cell leads to cancer.
Diet:
Animal foods, processed foods have found with acrylamide exposure increases the risk of cancer.
Obesity:
Excess weight makes the body to produce and circulate estrogen and inhibits hormones that stimulate cancer growth.
Radiation:
Ultraviolet radiation cause early aging of the skin and skin damage it leads to skin cancer.
Infectious agent:
An infectious agent like viruses, bacteria, parasites can increase the risk of cancer.
Prevention:
-The patient can quit smoking to prevent lung cancer
-Patients have to consume fruits and vegetables, non-starchy vegetables, fibers, and healthy fats.
-Avoid sweeteners and refined carbs, processed food, and red meat.
-Patients must reduce their weight by diet followup and physical activity with exercise.
-Wear long sleeves and use sunscreen lotion to protect the skin.
-Avoiding chronic inflammation and early vaccination can prevent infection in our body.
