Answer #1

ANSWER.

* Calculation of boy weight of the patient.

        Ordered dose = 50 units /kg.

Dose received per dose = 4000 units.(3 times in a week).

   So

     Weight of the patient = 4000 / 50

                                       = 80 kg.

               1 kg = 2.205 pound.

Weight of the patient in pounds = 80 * 2.205

                                                        = 176.4 pound(lbs).
