Answer #1

Answer: The nursing profession is a kind of life long learning process as well as nurses try to indulge themselves to provide quality of care to the patients. But it can be only possible when the nurses themselves have good mental and physical condition. So, there can be limit of caring. One should look towards themselves before taking care of others.

It is necessary that one should be fit and fine to take care of the patients. So, nurse can limit the care and give preference to themselves in the matter of health.

This is because if the nurse will have good health, she will be able to take better care of the patients. There would be no risk of medical error as well as quality of care can be provided.

Burnout can be avoided by reducing the working hours, Maintaining good health and indulging ourselves in good lifestyle and healthy eating.
