Being the CEO of a large healthcare system it's my responsibility to provide quality services to my patients. Three major ways that could be taken to improve the quality of healthcare in the organisation are :-
- providing evidense based care means provide care which are based on evidence .
- improving the quality of patient services and customer care
- providing world class facilities means provide all healthcare facilities at one place
All these above measures will help to improve on the limitations the organisation is facing
