The older adults should be more focused on prevention activities of depression, falls, cognition, hearing loss, and daily activities. They should be monitored with routine examination and screening program in order to promote wellness. Interprofessional team with advanced technology has to approach the patient to promote the health and to change the behavior of the elders. Maximize the participation of older people in prevention activities through the motivational program. Cognitive impairment can be changed by the active involvement of older adults in setting goals and decision making. Assess the needs of the individual and eliminate the barriers in reaching goals. Role models and reward motivates them towards healthy behavior.
