Healthy life is the preferred choice of living.A life bound to disease creates both physical and emotional trauma.To survive food is essential but the right type of food is necessary to be disease free.One who concentrates on This today can be healthier in future that is in their old age  period.

Some of the nutrition related topics which everyone should be aware of are

  • Follow a balanced diet :It should have carbohydrates, proteins,vitamins, fats,minerals, water in right portion in daily diet
  • Avoid alcohol ,beverages which has chemical preservatives, soda etc., this can directly affect the gastrointestinal system
  • Foods containing artificial flavours, preservatives ,additives shoukd be avoided because most of them are carcinogenic
  • Add fruits ,vegetables,pulses,grains,cereals,sprouts,milk,vegetable oils in daily diet
  • Do not skip meals or eat in excess more than the required amount

Some of the most important things which makes one wish for a healthy lifestyle are

  • To stay active
  • To be disease free
  • To promote a healthy generations in future
