Answer
I would never sell my self as an employee, I would rather sell my services. I would clearly communicate how my qualifications and experience can contribute to the success of the employer. How my expertise will add value to the operations of the business.
Three adjectives I could say to the employer:
● I am xyz, previously worked in a reputed bank as a sales officer. I have gained handful of experience and insights about field sales, to generate leads and convert leads.
● I can maintain prospective customers or clients and see that they are satisfied with the service of the firm. I will help the, resolve their issues, consider their feedback and report it to the branch head every week.
● my professional skills are backed up and supported by commerce background and my MBA graduation help me to manage everything related to my duties.
Things I want to omit from an interview :
● LYING: it is very important to stay true and avoid dummy information for avoidingany future issues.
● bad experience from previous job and complaining about previous employer. This would make the employer think the candidate would harmake the reputation of the firm when he go out of the company.
