Studies do show that nurse satisfaction has improved and nurses perceive they are providing better care. Is improving nurse satisfaction a sufficient reason to establish regulation as done in California? Why or why not?

Improving nurse satisfaction is a sufficient reason to establish regulation as done in California because they are the nation's largest healthcare providers, as more than 3.8 million registered nurses (RNs) are present nationwide. If the nurses are satisfied with a regulation it is easy to establish it as the major workforce of the healthcare will comply due to being satisfied and thus support the regulation
