Critical skill is necessary for all human beings to tackle everyday's problems in home or else in workplace. This skill can be used in the following way to handle an issue effectively are

• The first thing to be done is to collect information regarding to the issue (e.g., quarrel with the family member,employer refusing to approve a casual leave )
• When an information is collected it gives a brief understanding of why the issue arised.This is what has to be solved(reason for quarrel is understood, gets an idea why the leave was not sanctioned )
• Plan for implementing the idea (may be to convince family members with a gift or surprise, informing the employer honestly)
• This has to be applied at the right time after analysing. Analysing is important to know the emotional status of an individual
• Create a positive environment and evaluate the result of it
