Answer: It is necessary to consider a person's emotional well-being in the context of behavior as sometimes people who are emotionally weak are unable to cope up with the situation or the diseased condition and hence their behavior may be the result of the frustration, emotions etc.

Some of the medications have side or the adverse effects which may change the person's behavior. Some of the medications are meant to be treating bipolar or mental disorder. In this case, If the patient is taking medications, his behavior totally depends upon it.
It is necessary to record observations in consultation with the supervisor as vital signs are important in every case, the little negligence can cause big trouble. The terms should be clearly understood to avoid the medical errors as well as the negligence.
