food with carcinogenic compound: like processed meat, beef , hot dogs, pepperoni,any ,meat has been preserved by curing or by adding chemical preservative.

food with anticarcinogenic compound: green vegetables like spinach, mustard, beans ,turmeric, cinnamon

spinach: antioxidant like beta carotene and lutin will reduce the chances of colon cancer

oranges : vitamin c reduces the chances of of colon ,esophageal , pancreatic cancer.

Broccoli: glucosinolates , which produce protctive enzyme that released when you chew raw veggie, rupturing the cell wall.

(sulforaphane: in broccoli reduce cancer risk, from detoxifing harmful substance in body by attacking H pylori)

it prevent prostate, lung, colon, brest, mouth , esophagus, stomach cancers.

tomatoes: lycopene, prevent prostate cancer

strawberries: vit c and ellagic acid, prevent cancer of skin, bladder . lungs.

carrots: beta carotene, prevent breast, mouth, pharynx, larynx and stomach cancer.
