John has type 2 diabetes and is about to go strength train and run on the treadmill for one hour. He had breakfast about 5 hours ago and tries to be very healthy so he chooses to eat the apple instead of the cookie before his workout. He checked his blood sugar level 10 minutes after eating the apple and before working out and it was high. Why is this? How might this be a bad decision and what consequences could happen towards the end of his workout and after if he doesn’t eat right away? Use physiology to answer.

High blood sugar is due to eating apple as apple has high in sugar contents. So before doing workout eating apple may be not good as he works out he strains all glucose and insulin will produce automatically and it can change glucose levels drastically, he may go for coma and he may feel dizzy end of the workout.
