As nurses it is our job to step up and speak out to always keep improving our roles as healthcare providers. In legislation all the time people who have not ever been nurses themselves are now trying to change rules and improve healthcare with such little knowledge. How can we let those 99 members of the House of Representatives and the 33 Ohio Senators decide what is best for the people working in and around hospitals constantly when they have never actually experienced Nursing themselves (Bukoffsky, 2017, p. 1)? It is the nurses job to speak up and speak out on matters so that Legislation will be better informed of the problems at hand. It is imperative that nurses share concerns, advocate for their patients, and in the long run create new policies (Maryland & Gonzalez, 2012). For policy making three things must match up for this. First we must have a good political party involved to support the current issue. Next they must influence their environment so that people understand how important the issue is and how it also could affect them in the future. The third is to get supporters who value the specific issue engaged so they can form new policies to make changes for improved outcomes in that field (Tableman, 2005). By doing this we can greatly improve the conditions seen in hospital workplaces not only in Ohio, but around the world. For me as a student nurse I now know the extent of how greatly my future can be altered due to these changes. By attending events such as Nurses Day at the State House and other events we can be much more knowledgeable of what is going on in our field and around the workplace. Our future as nurses depends on how we improve healthcare so the more we can learn now, the bigger the impact we can make in our future.

Answer #1

Nurses are the heart pf health care, health care changes and decision which are made by a board of non-medical members cannot be appropriate. This is because the nurses are the professionals who work with the patients constantly than any other medical professionals,.The student nurses can make use of the Senate houses conducting events which can enabke the nurses to be up to date. They are the force who can improve the healthcare in future .Hence making the author's view to be agreed by all.

Possibly one of the most significant social topics of our time is how technology, and specifically social media, is influencing different aspects of social psychology. This is particularly relevant to our topic here in a few different ways. One that stands out is the idea that people experience deindividuation in social media and are therefore more likely to conform to a group norm or to say/write things that they would not normally do in their "real" lives. As one example...

A Routine Endoscopic Procedure Our mother usually had an endoscopic procedure every 2 years. We thought that she had too many visits with her gastroenterologist. When we asked the physician why our mother had to come in on a continuous basis, his response was “acid reflux.” She was taking a proton pump inhibitor for her acid reflux.
