Develop a comprehensive plan of care/treatment for a patient with cellulitis with short and long term goals and include safety needs, special considerations regarding personal needs, cultural/spiritual implications, and needed health restoration, maintenance, and promotion.

Cellulitis is known to be a bacterial infection and patient suffering with intense pain, it may appear like red and  swell area and tender to touch, and chances of Edema.

plan of care;

1) medical supervision

2) avoid infectious agent on skin with regular cleansing with antiseptic.

3) If there any trauma on your skin , u should clean it with antibiotic ointment or lotions.

4) protect it with environmental hazards

5) regular use of antibiotic therapy until recovery.

Treatment;

home remedy: clean your affected area until your wound will recover, it will help in to reduce swelling and pain.

medical therapy; Antibiotic application like ointment, gells, paste etc

special consederation : bacteria like staphylococcus and streptococcus are more prone to affect cellulitis.

they can enhance there growth by start in skin injuries like surgical wounds , bug bites and cuts.

risk factor:    Eczema , athletes foot, chances of diabetes, obesity.

need of health restoration : try to keep your skin moist.

inspection of wounds and feet or else affected part.

avoid from bacteria and unwanted chemical exposure.

apply protective equipment to form barrier between bacteria and wound.

Maintainence : consult your physician uptodate about your injury

try to keep away bacteria from injury by antibiotic prepration.
