Ans) Convert lb to kg: 168 ÷ 2.2 = 76.36 ~ 76.4 kg

Calculate minute rate: 76.4 kg × 10 mcg/kg/min = 764 mcg/ min

Calculate hourly rate: 764 mcg/ min × 60 min/hr = 45840 mcg/hr

Drug is expressed in mg: Convert mcg to mg:

45840 mcg = 45.84 mg

So, 45.84mg × 250ml/ 250 mg = 45.84 ~ 46 ml/hr.

The correct dose will be delivered at 46 ml/hr.
