Fundamental Principles of servant leadership are

1.listening-servant leader should to be a good listener, so that they can understand the problems of other team members.

2.empathy-team leader should have the potential to keep himself or herself in the place of other person to understand their problems.

3.healing -having the potential to him himself or herself and others also.

4.awareness-servant leaders used to be aware of all the problems which is going on around them.

5.persuasion- mostly servant leaders rely heavily upon their positional authorities and they work according to their position

6.foresight-servant leaders use their intuitive mind to understand the lesson from the past and the reality of present and the how they can improve in the future

7.stewardship-servant leaders hold their position of the institute in the trust of the the benefit of the society.

8.commitment to the growth of people-they commit the people about the growth of the people in the various aspects

9.building community-servant leaders have believe that if you want to work effectively then you should have a good community

10.conceptualisation-they work effectively on a perfect plan before the starting of work they used to have concept in their hand

Qualities of Servant leadership-

1.good listener-servant leaders should have a quality to be a good listener so that they can listen the problem of others or the problems of the institute for the betterment and to use proper problem solving skills.

2.helping with humanity- leader should have the helping Nature and that too with the humanity not by disrespecting the humans behaviour.

Leadership support interpersonal communication in providing patient care- Leadership focuses on the strength of the team, developing trust and serving the needs of patient.

Servant leaders used to maintain the alignment between the values fostered in healthcare and the principles of servant leadership combine to achieve compatibility of patient for care.Caring others is among the ethical and professional values and is a basic work of servant leadership.
