Answer: Postpartum depression is the feeling during or after delivery mother feels that no one cares for her, mood swings, uncontrollable tantrums etc. occurs is known as Postpartum depression.

The sign and symptoms are:

  • Babu blues
  • Depression
  • Irritation
  • Emotional
  • Crying without reason.

It is necessary for the mothers to understand that during pregnancy the body of the women go through from many changes. So, women should eat healthy foods, exercise, keep themselves surrounded with positive people etc. As soon as they experience depression they should consult doctor and should take behavioral therapy.

Sex is one of the subject that showed on the television in a extremely unexpected way. Usually in most of the cases it is described as forced sex. This should not be the main content on the television as it increases the expectations of people. And when these expectations are not met then it leads to unhappiness in a genuine relationship.
