Answer #1

Physician-assisted death also known as physician-assisted suicide (PAS). PAS centers on the decision of ending the life of a human to ease both physical and emotional agony. supporters of PAS say that every human has his/her fundamental right to choose the time and manner of their death in adverse clinical aftermath. while on the other side, proponents believe that allowing a person to needlessly suffer can cause further pain and distress. ethical issues in support of PAS highlights respect for patient's autonomy and a broad interpretation of a physician's responsibility to relieve suffering.  whereas proponents believe that PAS is an act of compassion that respects patients choice.

thus, the ultimate goal should be to make dying less. not more, medical. PAS is not a therapy or solution.
