When patient or relative write the name of the drug by themselves to buy it from the out side hospital.it can be considered as the over the counter drug as there will not be any sign or doctors name in the paper.or they may forget to take the prescription and just buy it from the pharmacy by saying the name of the drug.these can be the reason prescrition drug becomes over the count drug..
So i think pharamacist should give any medication without prescription of a registered health worker.they should check the patients name,hospital id ,doctors name and sign in the prescription inorder to confirm the orginality.Other wise health worker can advice medicine through online so that there will not be any misunderstandings.pharmacist can provide medication by checking file in the computer.
