Answer #1

The advancement in technologies and techniques of patient care has been developed greatly in the last two decades. So this is one of the competitive fields as everyone knows. Geological significance is a pivotal term in inpatient care. Hospital systems expanded largely in geologically backward areas.

Stand-alone hospitals are mostly situated in a stable or growing market. These hospitals would have well-integrated systems and independent working structures. If we compare the private doctor practice with an integrated care model, one should always prefer an integrated one. The integrated system includes everything from organizing ideas to implementation.

ACO formed from a group of coordinated physicians and using capitation as the payment method. Reduction in the cost of medication is the major benefit of the Accountable Care Organization model. Payers alignment with one another to help ACO's to provide quality care and lower expenditures. There are some downfalls too. For instance, there is a high risk of antitrust law violation and ACO incur higher initial set up and annual maintenance charges.
