1) Diet high in saturated food will contributes to elevated levels of cholesterol . Option C is correct as Hypoglycemia is not a risk factors caused due to intake of diet rich in saturated fats. Option A,B,D results in increased intake of diet rich in saturated fat.

2) Option C Heart attack. Coronary artery disease caused by deposition of excessive lipids which in turn reduced blood supply to the myocardial muscles. When the blood circulation is blocked it results in coronary occlusion and end up with myocardial ischemia. Heart muscles starves for oxygen resulting in heart attack.
