The population of study can be selected in the following way

  • First planning whether the study will involve all patients or only selected patients (here selected patients who are facing problems)
  • Sampling them (a stratefied sampling allows the performance measurement on the workers.)

Comparison group refers to the people who faces effects of certain procedures or treatment provided by others

Here the patient with restraints and sedation has to be selected for the study and identifying the cause and finding a solution.

The potential errors which can be encountered are

  • Lack of participants feedback due to their mental illness.
  • Time frame to complete the study.
