c) Calculation of ml per dose.

        Formula = Desired dose/Dose in hand * Quantity.

     Here

        Desired dose(D) = 400 mg.

        Dose in hand (H) = 100 mg.

              Quantity(Q) = 1 ml.

As per above formula

      Volume(ml) of drug required = D/H * Q

                                                    = 400/100 * 1

                                                    = 4 ml.
