I.e 1 ml contain 50mg.

$\large 360mg\div 50mg/ml=7.2ml$

Answer - 7.2 ml of the diluted drug contains 360mg.

Dose for patient 1 - 750 mg, patient - 630mg, patient 3 - 550mg.

So, for 3 patients 1930mg of daptomycin is required.

Each vial of daptomycin contains 500mg.
