1. The health department members should know about the patients condition. Why it's important for any other relevant staffs may treat the patient when there is no one present if she/he already knows means the treatment will be more effective with the clear protocol.

2. The manager or the supervisor of the health department person also should gather patients health related queries and their present illness. He / she is the responsible for the patient's condition. So they should know about the their limitations of the health department

3. All the records of the patients conditions are recorded by the health department professionals because of the further investigation, diagnostic purpose, and planning for a proper treatment and also medical insurance claiming.
