- Do you have fever ?

- Do you have any other co- morbidies ?

- Do you had any history of allergy ?

- Do you have a history of same situation in past ?

- Do you had any accident recently ?

#. I will complete the physical assessment on Mr. Wellborn by following a complete head to toe physical examination

#. Nursing intervention priority wise :-

1. Pain management by providing analgesics prescribed by physician along with use of non medical analgesic aids

2. Administration of antibiotics for fever

3. Relieving anxiety and providing emotional support . Explanation of the disease condition and treatment methods

#. I will determine whether the interventions are effective by evaluating the post intervention health status of the patient.
