Step 1.

It is very common for the team members to have different views regarding an issue or topic. It can often lead to conflicts and clashes. However proper leadership attributes can significantly benefit such issues. Sarah and Rick had different views regarding the interest of customers and the development of products. All the members of the team were sticking to their professional discipline and lacked significant leadership attributes. The leadership approach followed by breaking up a problem in simpler and smaller fragments can reduce the risk and effect of the problem. Proper listening to the fragmented issues can help the leader to solve those problems more easily and properly. Distributing the work into the team members can effectively engage them and it can help them solve the issues effectively. Collaboration among the team members can enhance the productivity of the procedures and it can reduce crashes. Leaders not only encourage the team members to perform well but they also help them to maintain a healthy work-life by engaging them in some fun activities.    

Step 2.

The shiny new idea is an idea that comes in between a process and it enables the learner to stop the process and focus on a new idea. This is basically a process of work and it indicates that the person is working. A shiny new idea can confuse the performer to think if he/she should continue the work or start with new work. Effective leaders do not ignore the shiny new ideas. Infect, they store and pile up all the ideas they experience in the process. The potential energy of the shiny new idea confuse and make the performed disoriented, but a greater focus and developed familiarity of the leader to the process can help them develop an effective process. A shiny new idea can be very distracting to the leaders. However, trust in oneself and the ability to perform can help the leaders reach their goals.

Step 3.

The view of effective learning by overcoming all the shiny new ideas will help me develop my professional practice. The shiny new ideas are often very distinctive and disoriented. However, an approach of greater focus and arrangement can help me perform better. The nature of healthcare is very dynamic. The leadership approach followed by overcoming the shiny new ideas will certainly be useful for me to treat the patients without any distraction and disruption.

Proper collaboration and cooperation can be an important and effective leadership approach in healthcare as it can significantly improve patient health and wellness. I will foster a culture of coordination and cooperation to reduce the workload.

If I will ever feel distracted by the work of other nurses, so I will take a little break and perform by activity with full dedication and effort. I will pile up the idea, but I will finish my work with the parent idea without entertaining any complication. I will trust my work and foster the health and wellness of the patients without making errors.
