1.aminoglycosides antibiotics (gentamycin)

2.antiepileptic such as carbamazepine, phenytoin and valproic acid.

3.mood stabilizer soecially lithium citrate

4.antipsychotic such as (pimozide and clozapine)

Ans. 2.nitroglycerin :nitroglycerin extended release capsule are used to prevent chest pain (angina) in pupil with a certain heart condition (coronary artery disease ). This medication belongs to a class of drugs known as nitrate. Angina occurs when the heart muscles is not getting enough blood.

Nitroglycerine works by relaxing the smooth muscle and blood vessels in your body. This increse the amount of blood and oxygen that reach your heart. In turn your heart does not work as hard. This reduces chest pain.

Nitroglycerine sublingual tablets usually give relief in 1to 5 min.however,if the pain is not relieved you may use a second tab.5 minutes after you take the first tablet.
