All above problem show failure of c.s.s.d. management

Water in basin and moisture in wrapped instrument sets are not considered as sterile because the principle of autoclave based on high temperature with high pressure in presence of water or steam

So all items should be checked for dryness and sterility

So we have to call c.s.s.d. to call back the instrument set

Biological and chemical is also a indicator for optimum pressure and temperature

We must exchange set with c.s.s.d. and inform to acting surgeon about that if required
