1. Yes, I would share the new research on pediatric allergies . The report concludes that there is a strong evidence between the early introduction of peanuts is protective against peanut allergy.

2. It is because the foods has to be slowly introduced to the kids. To check if they are allegic to the food or not it has to be continuously introduced for one week. At the same time other food which may cause alllergy should not be introduced. Kids may not accept the same food for long time.

3. Risk factor : Skin barrier defects for example eczema increases the risk of food allergy. It is because the skin barrier provides a sensitizing route for the exposure of protein. Genetics has shown an indirect evidence for the development of food allergies.
