A. Why are you purchasing an EHR?

This is a very important question because in which area you need EHR, and is it really needed or helpful?

B. How many providers using EHR?

You have to sure about this because EHR software should be built according to no of users and data.

C. How many patients will your medical doctor treat annually?

You have to averagely plan that the expected patient in your facility because your EHR should be made according to the amount of data going to store on it.

D. What EHRs are other physician's practices in your area?

This is for usability, because if you buy a similar type of EHR then it will be easy for doctors to use. In another aspect, you can identify the quality because the best thing is used by everyone.

So here every question is necessary while buying an EHR.
