No. I am of the opinion that the cost one is putting on old people should be spent on young people so as to make them old rather making old people older. Cost of elderly healthcare has increased because of many health related innovations like organ transplantation, dialysis etc. It doesn’t mean that elderly should be neglected , rather they should be treated equally but because of rising cost, they should be provided palliative or rehabilitation care so as to have them painfree life.
